COMPOSITION AND SPACE
The place where all visitors to your house first get to is the hall. It is here that guests have a first impression about the hosts, their preferences and tastes. That is why for our Luxury Antonovich Design Company it is so important to think over the design of the hall in a private house; see our elegant villa design.
By layout, it is an intermediate space between the entrance area and the residential part. In a private house or multi-level apartments this is a spacious room, from where the doors to the rooms, first floor and stairs lead. Therefore, the hall of the house project Dubai is the connecting link in the interior of the whole house and relates to mansion construction in Dubai. Its design is independent but it continues the style of other living spaces. The staircase emphasizes the height of the room, its open space. The task of finishing and decorating the staircase is to visually combine the floors into one composition, so that the interior of the hall smoothly flows into the space of the first and second level and complements modern house facade materials. This hall Dubai is the utility room, we get here from the street, so finishing materials must be durable and easy to clean. Natural material — marble — is the best design solution by Luxury Antonovich Design.
FUNCTIONALITY AND FIT OUT
Combining the living room and hallway in Dubai is done in order to increase the usable area of the house. Modern home design solutions allow us to solve this problem not only from a functional point of view, but also from an aesthetic one. With careful planning, you can also integrate modern kitchen interiors into the open-plan flow.
The key design principle of this hall in modern style with classic elements is the conciseness of the forms, textures, colors. The fireplace is definitely the heart of the living room, a focal point in an elegant living room interior. High ceilings and spacious rooms allow the owners of the interior to feel like in a palace. In all our projects authors carved floors and ceilings were made according to the unique sketches of our talented designers led by Katrina Antonovich. Marvelous decor items are presented in a form of gilded flower pots, amazing tea table of golden color, and the central place is given to amazing custom-made crystal chandelier with same gilded elements; you can find examples of golden living room design, while the adjacent area showcases dining room furniture.
For the living room combined with the hallway is very important to choose and arrange the optimal interior composition. In this project of the hall design the sitting area is furnished with a chic sofa with amazing azure-colored armchairs decorated with golden pillows. The color of the furniture perfectly matches the color of wonderful satin curtains and small elements of decor, a palette that also complements our chic bedroom design.
