During the early design process, we discuss project needs with the appropriate local authority departments and take their thoughts and opinions into account. By involving the appropriate authorities early in the process, we are fully aware and prepared, assuring ultimate design approval.
We specialize in obtaining permits from all Dubai authorities, including but not limited to the Dubai Municipality, Dubai Civil Defence, TECOM, DDA, DEWA & SEWA, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Concordia, DMCC, JAFZA & DAFZA, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Concordia, DMCC, JAFZA & DAFZA. We get government permissions on your behalf, allowing you to concentrate on the completion of a fit-out or design work/services. With years of expertise, we have our own in-house team of skilled designers and engineers. We create the whole set of drawings necessary by the authorities and obtain permission on your behalf.

1. EHS Approval of the Layout (Environment, Health and Safety Authority)

4. To get authorization to work, youll need a COC (Certificate of Conformity).
JLT PROJECT SITE LOCATION
1. Approval of the layout by the building administration, the building owner, the unit owner, or a consultant
2. Concordia/DMCC layout approval
3. EHS Approval of the Layout (Environment, Health and Safety Authority)
4. CEDs approval (Civil Engineering Department)
5. Approvals are required for any fire fighting activity.
6. Approvals are required for any security systems that are interconnected.
7. To get authorization to work, youll need a COC (Certificate of Conformity).
