How We Work
From the First acquaintance, the Project Managers will be able to present different varieties of Proposal according to the Project requirement. All the inclusive details as per the Proposal will be carefully explained and discussed for the client. As soon as the Client selected the most desired offer, the official Contact shall be created and be signed off both parties. At this point, The Project has been officially formal and implementations shall be started. We also coordinate with specialists when required, including an ideal wedding service for event-related projects.
Step By Step Procedures
- Scheduled visits of the object by designer. Additional visits shall be agreed separately
- Updating the drawings, if required, after dissembling old and constructing new dividing
- Walls, after levelling the floors, walls and ceilings
- Monitoring and consulting on installation and finishing works performance
- Monitoring and consulting on the project implementation
- Agreement of cost for materials and equipment with a customer
- Selection of finishing materials, furniture and interior items (see furniture showrooms in Dubai)
- Preparation of commercial offers with indication of companies-sellers
- Selections of kitchen furniture and appliances within the kitchen design project
- Identification of electrical accessories’ manufacturer (e.g., Erre Erre)
- Preliminary selection of cabinet and soft furniture
- Selection of floor coverings
- Preliminary selection of decorative and finishing materials (see girly home decor)
- Preliminary selection of millwork (doors, windows, stairs, etc.)
