The most part of the time we spend in our bedroom our eyes are closed, but does it mean, that the colors, the shapes and furniture does not affect our emotional, psychological and physical state? Everything matters! Scientific researchers have shown that the duration and the quality of sleep is directly affected by the color that we see before falling asleep.
