Luxury Antonovich Design is the prestigious company which specialized on complete architectural, engineering and fit-out works and interior design at every project. This project is located at the Palm Jumeirah, which is a very famous landmark internationally as it represents one of the famous landmarks and creation in Dubai UAE. Creating this project was indeed such a great pleasure for our team and brings out the very challenging work from the systematic planning, organizing every work for every stage, up to the implementations of every design and professional architectural and interior design work. The tree-shaped Palm Jumeirah Island is known for glitzy landmark which is surrounded by Dubai coastline and the sail-shaped structural design.

Space Planning
This villa is one of the best examples that we could present to you on how our Luxury Antonovich Design team is performing systematic planning for the entire spaces of every project, from a systematical master planning to a perfect implementation. We provide the proper documentation and spatial layout which is used to arrange the structure land use and development. We follow through the design development, coming from a strategic way using the schedules to the conceptual design of the structures. As the part of the space planning development, Luxury Antonovich Design team has been perfectly arranged the entire landscape area with full of professional techniques and execution. We have created a wonderful design for the barbeque area which is very much relaxing and comfortable to stay with and enjoy a very nice scenery and view of the outdoor environment. We have even selected the most accurate marble to be installed for the outdoor area to achieve the special flooring design. There will be a nice buildup of pergola which consists of the premium class wood and special materials which is customized design with protection from humidity. The swimming pool has a very special design which gives an infinity effect of the sea.
Ground Floor: Hall, Entrance
Everyone will be surely amazed entering this luxurious house. This customized 15-meter infinity designed Swarovski crystal masterpiece is combined with a very perfect dazzling blend of lighting effects is such a great creation that will welcome everyone with complete elegance. It is directly connected from the dome roof up to the ground floor. It was one of the most amazing creations that Luxury Antonovich Design has done. Take a look at how we have perfectly designed it until the flooring area; this is a very genius designing technique that comes out with a very incredible and effective design.
The combination of luxurious touch of metallic gold materials and perfect lighting effect, and as a result - the entire area has been filled with a very glamorous surrounding with complete elegance. This very elegant centerpiece has been well highlighted with this genius designing idea of creating this detailed design for the water jet and completely enhanced on how we have executed the correct lightings. We have placed a pair of console with a shimmering Swarovski crystal that brings out an additional accent with the main interior design.
Our team has been carefully studied and implemented the most accurate chandelier to be placed in this elegant sitting area. Flooring Details
Luxury Antonovich Design team has the complete selections and variety of all kinds of marble, onyx, carpets, tiles, water jet and all the flooring materials. With this project, we have successfully executed the genius technique and one of a kind creating of design by combining all the premium and high-class materials for the flooring. Most of the area of this project has a very creative design for the flooring and Luxury Antonovich Design has the most skilled team that is specialized in the unique cutting technique for the marble and water jet to achieve the most accurate design according to the layout. We have done a very professional floor work as we have achieved the same leveling of the carpet and the marble design which will be noticed in the main parts of this project.
Chandeliers and Lightings
With a very creative and careful selection of the chandeliers and lightings, Luxury Antonovich Design team has been performed the very professional executions with the complete lighting details. With the use of the luxurious Mashrabiya ground glass, the chandelier brings out a beautiful and brilliant reflection that creates complete brightness towards the entire area. We have done creative detailed design paint in the ceiling which is a good combination with the complete interior design feature of the area. In the living room area, we have created a unique design for the lightings were in the main lights is hidden from the gypsum that brings out the perfect lighting accent and relaxing mood. The full lighting effect for the entire project is controlled and connected with the smart home systems which are very convenient for every member of the family as the full lightings can be controlled whether you are in any part of the house.
Family Room
This area must be the favorite part of every family to stay with. Aside from its very relaxing mood, Luxury Antonovich Design team has been selecting the nice matching color schemes all over the area. We can say that this family room has been designed with perfection and uniqueness from the beautiful chandelier and lighting effect up to the creative decoration of the full area. Take a look at how elegantly we have done every wall; this was indeed a genius designing technique. Our team selected the perfect fabrics that we have installed in this area to be able to perfectly match with breath-taking scenery from the outside view.
Dining Room
How lovely it is to have your favorite meal while enjoying a calm and relaxing view of the Palm Jumeirah. Nothing can be more satisfying in enjoying this dining area with the family and friends while having a delightful meal. Though we have the perfect view with this widely opened window decorated with this fabulously designed curtain made up of premium class material. Our team is sure that this dining area will be having shimmery and elegant lighting. And just like the other part of the house, we made up a very stylish detailed design for the water jet and the entire flooring design.
Aquarium
As this project is located at the beautiful surrounding of Palm Jumeirah, our team has come up to a very bright idea to extend the presence of the sea water inside this project. As we have created a wonderful design for the aquarium which is consisting of natural sea water elements and sea water fishes, it will surely bring out the perfect comfort and relaxing mood as it has been the main division that we have used overlooking the dining and living room area. And that was really a very fantastic idea for our creative interior design team. There will be a level access paneling which is covered by a beautiful onyx material.
Air Conditioning System
Luxury Antonovich Design team has done a genius design to be able to hide all the AC grill and not be visible with the entire interior design. Our team made sure that it was perfectly covered by artistically designed gypsum. The entire air condition system can be operated using the smart home system.
Kitchen area
The kitchen area is the heart of every home, this is the place where we make our food preparations and cooking that is why on this kitchen design, we have made it sure that the entire kitchen has the luxurious design aside from having a spacious area. Luxury Antonovich Design team always believes that comfort while preparing the meal is another factor that could affect to every cooking executions. This kitchen area has undergone a very careful and detailed selection for all the materials that have been used for the safety of every family member, guests, and housemates. With the perfect selection of Azula Marble and onyx, the entire kitchen area has very nice flooring design.
