ASAAS Towers: Twin Residential Towers with a Sky-Bridge Pool
ASAAS Towers brings two residential towers together as one landscaped living environment. The twin volumes step back floor by floor, so deep balconies and planted terraces wrap every level and soften the silhouette of the high-rise against the green surroundings.
A sculptural sky bridge joins the towers at the top and carries an open-air infinity pool with sun decks on both sides. Below, a shared glazed podium opens to the street with restaurants and cafes, while the courtyard between the towers is planned as a sequence of gardens, shaded terraces, pedestrian walkways and a children's play area.
Residents move from the entrance halls at podium level to private terraces planted with trees and flowering shrubs. Warm timber tones, stone and full-height glazing run through the facades, the podium and the amenity spaces, keeping the towers, the gardens and the interiors in one architectural language by Antonovich Group.
