In case of invasion in security system perimeter AMX will turn on all the lighting in the garden and around the house and will send a message about the invasion to the authorized representatives of the house owner.

In case of house owners' absence all the engineering systems in the house could be put in a standby mode by pressing a button for a ‘We left’ scenario on a touch-screen control panel while leaving the house.

Smart Home system will turn off or keep the following systems functioning at a minimal level: air conditioning, heating, warm floors, power sockets. It will turn off the light in all premises, TVs and audio systems, close all the curtains and roller blinds and will also inform you which windows in the house are not closed.

The fountains in the garden, audio systems, mood lighting and other pre-installed scenarios will also be turned off. If required, all the incoming intercom calls could be re-directed to your phone.

In your absence the system will automatically control all the life-supporting systems and will immediately inform you or a house manager about any malfunctioning or a breakdown.

Upon your return, the house could be activated just as easily by one touch of a button, choosing a 'We are home' scenario. All the home systems will continue working in a regular mode which is comfortable for you, according to the season of the year and the time of day.

Remote access is an ability to connect with a system being outside of the house – in the office, abroad, etc. This could be done via phone, tablet or a laptop. This gives you control over what is happening in the house during your absence. It could be installed optionally.

At any moment you can check on a house map where the lighting, TV or music is on, what the climate is, how much energy is currently consumed by your house and why, which other systems are on or what their condition is. The convenience of it is that you can control everything and manage all your home systems simultaneously.

Smart Home system also enables you to check and change the water temperature in a swimming pool, turn on and off a sauna, open and close wickets, gates, dormer windows, turn on a fountain, lawn watering and manage any engineering system installed in the house, on condition that equipment for these systems was chosen specifically for this purpose and could be controlled at least via one of international protocols.
